The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) wishes to advise our customers in the North, that the Benau Reservoir is experiencing low water levels, caused by the low raw water production to Benau Water Treatment Plant and high usage during this dry season.
As a result, our customers in the areas listed below will experience low water pressure to no water supply.

Water carting trucks are on standby and affected customers can request water carting in case of an emergency by calling shortcode 1508 (all mobile networks). Customers are requested to use water wisely during this temporary disruption period.
