Your bill is provided to you on a quarterly basis. Whether you are a domestic or commercial customer, it is important to understand your bill, the rate applicable to you and how it is calculated.
Your bill is fairly easy to understand and read. Each item, such as Meter Serial (also referred to as Meter Number), Previous Reading, Current Reading, Units Consumed and other important information, is clearly labelled.
Your charge is calculated using a tiered method based on how many units you consume. 1 unit is 1000 litres or 1 cubic metre. Rates are different for Domestic, Commercial, Government, Schools, Places of Worship or if you have signed up for our free water allowance as a domestic customer.
