What does intermittent supply mean?

It means that at the moment we are unable to supply water at sufficient pressure, or at all, 24/7.

Intermittent supply areas have been prioritised in terms of solutions such as additional infrastructure, and will progressively be addressed depending upon our financial ability to do so, as well as the number of customers affected.

We request customers store water for usage, as and when water does come in the taps. Free fortnightly water cart services are available for those intermittent supply areas upon request.
