The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) wishes to advise customers living in Tamavua along Princess Road and surrounding areas that they may experience intermittent supply of water at times from today (15/03).
Affected areas include:
- Tamavua Village
- Princess Road
- Navurevure Road
- Latter-day Saints College (LDS)
- Wailoku Road
- Naranji Street
- Fiji National University – College of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences (CMNHS)
- Upper Cunningham
- Tacirua [5 miles]
- Upper Ragg Avenue
The temporary interruption in water supply is due to burst main infront of the Towmey Hospital in Tamavua, along Princess Road.
Our ground teams are working around the clock to restore supply.
The Authority advises customers residing in the area above to use water wisely and to store water for their immediate needs during this temporary disruption period.
Water carting trucks are on standby to service the affected areas during the temporary disruption period.
