The training helped enhance our team’s know-how regarding the significance of the Non-Revenue Water, as well as Cycle and Pressure Management, and included visits to Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) installation sites to demonstrate its operation and provide insight into how careful planning can result in a successful pressure control scheme.
NRW Specialist, Pank Mistry, said the practical aspect was crucial.
“A practical leak detection was conducted in the field for the staff to familiarise themselves with the acoustic listening equipment and apply its operation in the field,” he said.
