The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) invites Consultants to a market sounding webinar regarding the ‘CS03- Training Hub Support Consultant’ project.
This is an Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded project, and ADB procurement and policy rules will apply.
The successful consulting firm is required to mobilise international and national experts to deliver agreed outputs, engage in organisational development and manage the delivery of the water operator training program in close coordination with WAF’s training and development unit.
The market sounding webinar is intended to provide early insight into project scope and client requirements to allow Consultants to assess their suitability for bidding for this work. It also allows Consultants sufficient lead time to team up with others to maximise their chances of being the successful Consultant or consortium.
The procurement will include an Expression of Interest (EOI) phase to shortlist Consultants and only successfully shortlisted Consultants will receive Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
Attendance at this market sounding webinar is not mandatory, and EOI documents will be issued to all Consultants seeking to tender for this work.
