Suva, Fiji – September 04, 2024 – The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) advises its valued customers of an error that has affected some water bill statements sent via postal mail in August 2024.
Customers who received their bills through postal mail during this time are asked to disregard them. Please note that water bills sent via email or SMS are accurate and not impacted by this issue.
WAF is working to correct the affected bills and will send revised statements soon.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we address the issue.
