WAF UPDATE – Tamavua, Dokanaisuva, Colo-i-Suva and Toorak Reservoir Levels
The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) would like to advise our customers that the reservoirs and their corresponding supply zone/area are still recovering from the impacts of reduced production due to high turbidity that was encountered at the Tamavua Water Treatment Plant yesterday.
We kindly ask residents and businesses business within these areas to store enough water when available as the system recovers.
Affected Areas:
📍Tamavua Reservoir
Namadi Heights, Princess Road, Rewa Street, Ratu Sukuna, Nailuva, Delainavesi, elevated Lami areas, Panaromic, Waiqanake, Togalevu
📍Dokanisuva Reservoir
Low Pressure to Elevated areas – Seventh Day Church Dokanaisuva to Tacirua Fijian School, Vunuleba Settlement
📍Colo-i-Suva Reservoir
Naisogo, Colo-i-Suva Crest Chicken, Princess Rd, Marshall Rd, Taqairua, Vunikawai, Uluibeka, Colanaivau, Valesasa, Naitaqiri Nillgrey
📍Toorak Reservoir
Waimanu Road, Narain Jetty, Augustus Street, Brown Street, Nina Street, Mark Street, Rodwell Road, Robertson Road
Water carting trucks are on standby and can be requested in the case of an emergency by calling 5777.
