The Water Authority of Fiji (#WAF) would like to advise customers living in the areas listed below that the water supply will be disrupted from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday 10th February 2024 with supply restoration to affected customers by 11.30 pm on Sunday 11th February 2024.
The interruption in supply is to allow WAF teams to carry out urgent repairs to a major water leakage on one of the washouts from the DN 600 duplicate trunk mains to the Blackrock Reservoir and the Lautoka area.
The location of the leakage is such that it cannot be isolated other than shutting down the trunk mains from the Nagado Water Treatment Plant to allow WAF to undertake the repairs.
