Public Advisory – Planned Water Disruption Notice

EMERGENCY WORKS ADVISORY – NADI AND LAUTOKA
The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) would like to advise our customers that we will be carrying out an urgent remedial and valve installation works on an identified leakage on one of the duplicate old DN 600 raw water trunk mains at Vaturu, from 6pm this evening into Sunday (08/05/2022), which will result in a temporary disruption for residents in the areas listed below.
These remedial works are critical in order to isolate the leaking section of trunk mains that requires major repairs and also avoid any unexpected major water supply disruptions to the customers in Nadi and Lautoka area.
Customers are requested to prepare accordingly and store enough water for use during this time. Water supply will be progressively restored by Monday morning (09/05/2022).
