The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) wishes to inform customers that we are experiencing low reservoir levels which are affecting supply to residents in the following areas.
Wainibuku Reservoir Low Pressure Elevated Areas at Nakasi, Davuilevu, Makoi, Nepani, Navosai, Narere, Koronivia Rd, Koronivia School, Makoi, Nepani, Nadawa, Ratu Dovi Road, Dibulu, Lokia, Davuilevu Nakasi, Koronivia, CCC Inflow .
With Low Wainibuku Reservoir Level, Nasinu Reservoir is affected.
Nasinu ReservoirPRB, Vasant Lal, Bryce, Tulele, Kaloa, Lower Caubati, Kinoya, Caubati, Manohan Building, Centerpoint, Laucala, Nokonoko, Koka, Kinoya Road, Vasant Lal, Vesivesi, Fletcher, Mukta Ben.
The current hot and humid weather is also contributing to an increase in demand for water supply.
All water treatment plants were operating at maximum capacity at these times with no major faults to have caused this significant drawdown. Meanwhile, our teams are working on valve operations to sustain water levels to restore supply to the ends of the system.
