WAF UPDATE – COLO-I-SUVA, DOKANISUVA, AND KALABU RESERVOIRS
The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) would like to advise that the above reservoirs are approaching critical water levels.
In preparation for this, customers in the areas listed below are kindly advised to store in their homes, while it is still available, sufficient amounts of water to last them for at least 2 to 3 days and are requested to use water wisely during this time.
Affected reservoirs and areas are:
📍 Colo-i-Suva
Low Pressure to Elevated areas – Colanaivau, Colo-I-Suva Crest Chicken, Marshall Road, Naisogo, Naitaqiri Nillgrey, Princess Road, Taqairua, Vunikawai, Uluibeka, and Valesasa.
📍 Dokanisuva
Low Pressure to Elevated areas – Seventh Day Church Dokanisuva to Tacirua Fijian School and Vunuleba Settlement.
📍 Kalabu
Low Pressure to Elevated areas – Duvula, Nawanawa, Valelevu, and Yasiyasi Road.
Water carting trucks are on standby and can be requested in the case of an emergency by calling 5777 (all mobile networks).
