The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) wishes to advise its customers living in the following parts of Suva near the Central Business District (CBD) that they will be experiencing low water pressure to intermittent supply from 10pm Saturday (13/07) to 6am Sunday morning (14/07).
Affected Areas Include:
- Le Hunte Street
- Carew Street
- Bau Street
- MacGregor Road
- Knolly Street
- Berry Road
- Nasova
- Domain
- Marion Street
- Duncan Road
- Desvoux Road
- Maafu Street
- Clarke Street
- Berkely Street
- Richard Road
- Victoria Parade
The interruption in supply is to allow WAF crew members to carry out urgent repairs to a defective 150mm valve and fire hydrant along Marion and Knolly Street.
The Authority is kindly advising its customers residing in the areas above to store and use water wisely for their immediate needs during this temporary disruption period.
Water supply is expected to be gradually normalised by 6am Sunday morning (14/07).
The Authority highly regrets any inconvenience caused to its customers.
